The second round February winner in the Think Monroe County First! "Super Consumer" drawing is James Dryden of Waterloo. His winning ticket was drawn at Chuck Pittman State Farm Insurance in Waterloo. His prize is a $100 gift card donated by First National Bank of Waterloo. The next winner will be drawn and announced on March 9.
