Randy Whelan of Waterloo is the September Think Monroe County First “Super Consumer” drawing winner. Whelan won two Cardinals versus the Braves tickets courtesy Dave Wittenaure of Grubb & Ellis/Gundaker Commercial in Columbia.
Whelan’s entry was drawn at the Waterloo Lumber Company.
The October winner will receive a $100 scrapbook kit from Making Memories Scrapbook Store in Columbia.
